Due to the large size of the bylaw files, they are in Adobe Acrobat Reader portable document format (pdf). You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in installed in your browser to be able to view these files. This plug-in is usually included with browsers. If you do not have it, you may download it free from Adobe by going to http://www.adobe.com. It is very easy to install.
