Most Memorable Moment at Tomb:
Many moments float around, but by far my favorite and most memorable is the night Hurricane Isabel blessed the Tomb and its Sentinel’s with her presence. The night was beautiful, all the power went out, so all you could see was the clear blue night sky and streaks of colorful lighting across the horizon. Those are those WOW humbling moments we refer to at the Tomb.

The second most memorable and the funniest memory was the time my daughter, she was two at the time, came to visit her daddy at the Tomb. I was a new man probably in my sixth month of training when without a beat, yelled out of her precious mouth “That’s my Daddy” loudly and proudly, my wife at the time, had to remove her from the steps, before I BROKE HER OFF That was the first time I almost broke on the Plaza. Almost!!!!!!!!!!!

But those memories are what being a Sentinel is all about.
