Jeff is survived by his wife, Ann, and his three children Tyler, Hannah and Blake.
Jeff was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Leroy, Michigan

***UPDATE***

Jeff  was moved from Maple Hill to Arlington and is now buried there.  They had a full military ceremony on Labor Day weekend.  Hannah and Blake attended which gave them some memories and closure as they did not remember when Jeff died.
